Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your refund request to receive approval Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
● Modules can be refunded within 3 days of purchasing, less the average textbook cost for the course.
● MicroDiplomas can be refunded within 5 days of purchasing, less the average textbook cost for the included courses.
● Diplomas can be refunded within 7 days of purchasing, less the average textbook cost for the included courses.
